DMCA Notice Procedure
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement and is accessible on Agreemind's platforms, you may notify Agreemind's Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Authorized Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

  • Identification of the Work

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed

  • Location of the Infringing Material identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information sufficient for Agreemind to locate the material (such as a URL).

  • Contact Information our address, telephone number, and email address.

  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • Accuracy Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a DMCA Notice, Agreemind will act promptly to remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing and will take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material.


Agreemind's Policy on Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, Agreemind has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Agreemind may also, at its discretion, limit access to its platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is repeat infringement.

How to Report a DMCA Complaint to Agreemind

For use of brand assets other than Word Marks, submit a request to info@agreemind.com. By submitting a request, you agree to adhere to applicable terms, including the Brand Asset License and Brand Usage Guidelines.

For uses involving other brand assets, like logos, submit a Brand Asset License Request. Review your agreement with Agreemind if you're part of a partnership program or developing/supporting integration with our services.

Guidelines - Do’s and Don’ts

  • Do:

    • Use Agreemind Word Marks to identify associated products or services.

    • Accompany Word Marks with a generic term upon first appearance in text.

    • Apply the appropriate trademark symbol (™, ℠, or ®) with Word Marks.

    • Spell and capitalize Word Marks correctly.

  • Don’t:

    • Suggest or imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement without authorization.

    • Use Brand Assets, other than Word Marks, without a separate license.

    • Incorporate Agreemind's Brand Assets into any other trademark, logo, or identifier.

    • Modify or alter Agreemind Word Marks.

    • Use Word Marks as a noun, verb, or in the possessive form.

    • Disparage or defame Agreemind through the use of Word Marks.
